Kitbike Engine Teardown

The purpose of this teardown is to take a "factory new" [sic] Dneprworld engine, which in fact is a total garbage, and transform it into a work of art. I will try to fashion it similar to a BMW (gray with black valve covers). Along the way I will take care of all the trouble areas and highlight how to teardown and rebuild these engines. They're very simple to teardown and overhaul with some light machining work. Next Page
